How to place an order?

Just like all online stores, products can be purchased through our website directly. Products can be selected, added to cart & checked out.

What are the payment modes?

We accept all kinds of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, EMI, Pay Later, COD, etc. depending on the products and payment gateway providers.

What is the processing time for an order?

Readymade products will be shipped in 1 to 2 days normally. Customised orders take 3 to 6 days to process depending on the products.

What would be the shipping time?

We provide both readymade & customised products. Please enter the pin code on the particular product page to check the tentative delivery date. The delivery time shown is a rough estimate and actual delivery time shall be 1 or 2 days earlier or later depending on the courier.

Are there any ongoing discount coupons or offers?

We try to provide genuine products at lowest possible prices. Additional discounts are available for some products during checkout.

Why prepaid orders have additional discount?

Prepaid orders have zero chances of cancellations and zero fake orders compared to COD orders.

Why a booking amount or advance is charged for some COD orders?

A small amount is charged in case the product is costly or custom-made, to prevent cancellations before delivery.

Why COD is not available on some products?

COD orders always have risk of cancellation before delivery. Products which are rare, customised, costly or difficult to resell will not have COD option to prevent such fake orders. Both Prepaid & COD orders are safe and will be covered under our Return Policy.

Can I have more information about a product available on the website?

We have provided detailed pictures & videos of all the products listed on our website. We also ensure that the description is accurate as much as possible. For more information, Please WhatsApp us.

How can I buy a product that is showing out of stock?

These products are unavailable as of now. If looking for a reminder message once the product is back in stock, Please WhatsApp us.

Can I check a product and purchase directly?

As an e-commerce store, we deal online only. In case any buyer wants to see a product directly, they can visit our office with prior appointment. No counter sales will be entertained at our office.

OTP services are handled by third party SMS providers. In case OTP is failing, kindly try using another phone number. If OTP is not coming in any phone numbers, Please WhatsApp us.

Payment is deducted but order is not showing up?

No need to worry – the amount is safe with us. This may happen due to slow network or bank server error. In case payment has been deducted, the order will be automatically confirmed in few hours.

When will I receive my order?

Readymade products will be processed and dispatched in 1 to 2 days normally. Customised orders take 3 to 6 days to process depending on the products. Once the product is dispatched, there will be an SMS with tracking link sent to the registered phone number. Shipping duration depends on the location & shipping mode chosen by the buyer during checkout.

Which courier company will deliver my package?

We are associated with India’s largest logistics services like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, DTDC, etc. Actual carrier will be selected based on the delivery pin code and size of the package.

Can I have the tracking details of my order?

The normal processing time is 1 to 2 days for readymade products and 3 to 6 days for customised products. Tracking link will be normally shared after the product is dispatched. In case there are no SMS, Please WhatsApp us.

My order is stuck with the courier or local courier branch is not willing to deliver the package.

Can I have the contact details of the delivery executive?

As of now, courier companies do not provide contact details of the field executive. The executive will contact the buyer once the package is out for delivery.

Can I change, cancel or modify an already placed order?

We cannot assure this as depends on the products and current status of the order. Please WhatsApp us.

Can I change or modify my delivery address?

In case the order is not dispatched, we can change the address. Please WhatsApp us here.

Can I opt for faster delivery after placing the order?

In case the order is prepaid & not dispatched, we can change the courier to express mode by charging the excess courier charges. Please WhatsApp us.

Can I change my COD order to Prepaid or vice versa?

In case the order is not dispatched, we can change the payment mode. Please WhatsApp us.

I have received a wrong or damaged product.

How can I return my order?

In case the product is not as mentioned or damaged in transit, Please WhatsApp us with attached pictures.

Once the return is approved, we will initiate the return pickup (in 1 to 2 days normally). Please pack the product safely & hand over to the courier. Refund or replacement will be provided as per discussion with the buyer. For more details, Please read our Return Policy.

When will I get my refund?

In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source in 2 to 5 days after we receive the product back. In case of COD orders, the buyer needs to provide the bank account name, number & IFSC. Note: Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product (not after the pickup).

How to claim the warranty of a product?

If the product has warranty and is within the warranty period, Please WhatsApp us.
Kindly keep the product packed safely. We shall arrange the pickup of the same & after it reaches us, we will process the warranty claim (repair or replacement). The normal time duration shall be one to two weeks for the entire process.

Can I have the GST bill on my firm’s name to claim the tax input?

Yes, Please mail us the order details and GST details of the firm. We will share the softcopy of the invoice.
