Hotcar is a multivendor platform and none of the product listed on our website are our own. We are accociated with multiple car accessories suppliers who deal in different products and categories. We assist these suppliers, display their products and bring leads/orders so that they can supply the products across the country. As an ecommerce service provider, we ensure buyer protection and safe & on-time delivery of the products along with return policy. All the products listed on our website are supplied by different vendors. Any claims of illegal listing including the infringement of products, logos, trademarks, taglines, shapes, patterns, collectives, certifications or any other data if sold without the knowledge of sole owners, shall be brought to our notice. We request the respective entities or owners to send us an official email regarding the product along with the trademark certificate. For example, in case any of our suppliers are selling a product named ABCXYZ, but the brand owner wants to remove the product from our website, we request the owner or concerned person of the brand ABCXYZ to send us an email along with the proof of ownership (like TM certificate or any other valid document). The email shall be from the official email ID of the brand. Also the owners reserve the rights to fix the descriptions, pricing and discounts of their product(s). In case any supplier has listed a product at a huge discount which is affecting the brand value, the owner can approach us to remove the product or change the price. We accept only official emails from brand owners along with the supporting documents to add, remove or alter any product, pictures or descriptions. We do not accept requests through calls, messages or emails from competitors, rivals or other vendors to make changes in any listings.
